Yatimba! is an inclusive fitness and self-development platform aiming to equip participants with the necessary skills and understanding to overcome challenges, realise their full potential, and contribute positively to their communities.

Our proprietary rhythmic movement program, Afro StepTM is a choreographed high intensity cardio regimen, introducing students to concepts around physical fitness, coordination and balance, cultural dance and rhythmic structure.
