Description
Beats From The Soul offers Social and Emotional Learning workshops and incursions for specialist settings, primary schools, preschools and community groups. In a fun, safe, supported learning environment our incursions will explore skills and strategies to support childrens wellbeing.
It addresses the Victorian Curriculum in The Arts and Personal & Social Learning. It is aligned to the Resilience & Respectful Relationships initiative and gives children experiences and opportunities to the develop strategies to understand their emotional intelligence.

We also perform our Bush Buddies puppet show at different locations in the school holidays.

Through puppetry, drumming, rhythm, creative movement, mindful awareness and play based learning we will provide opportunities for children to understand themselves, understand relationships and others.

Our puppet show incursions are suitable for preschool, specialist settings and for classes from foundation to year 2 and will assist students in understanding friendships, feelings & emotions and provide practical tips for them to self-regulate and support their wellbeing.
Beats from the Soul will visit your setting and bring all props and resources. You just need the space and the children, and we will provide a fun filled educational and interactive puppet show. There will be singing, storytelling ,dancing and lots of fun. All children will be provided with a puppet colouring sheet.

Our team include qualified and experienced Special Education teachers and an amazing creative design artist & puppeteer who creates all our puppets.

Our social and emotional learning circles are suitable for primary aged children and assist in building confidence, self-esteem, sense of self, teamwork, self-regulation, resilience, problem solving and leadership skills.
We bring drums for each child, you just need to provide the space. We can tailor our social and emotional learning circles to suit the needs of your students.
