Fees: $130 p/day
(plus $10.50 p/day council fee)

Meals: fresh, home cooked and healthy including breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and late snack.


ABOUT US:
Beca's family day care is owned and operated by Rebecca Lolham. She has a Bachelor of Education - birth to twelve years old and has more than 5 years experience working with children in an early childhood setting. Most of her experience has been as a room leader for the 0-2 age group.

Rebecca prides herself on creating warm and nurturing relationships with children and families in her care while offering a safe and fun learning environment that encourages play-based learning.

Rebecca has had experience working in mainstream and Montessori early learning centres. She believes a combination of the Montessori philosophy where "play is the work of the child" and child-led, spontaneous play, is key to allowing a child to create a positive attitude to learning.

PHILOSOPHY:
Rebecca's philosophy is to to offer a safe, fun and nurturing environment where each child feels respected and valued. Rebecca believes each child should feel a sense of belonging and a desire to naturally explore their environment while supporting their individual needs, interests and abilities.

The program is designed to reflect the children's current interests; reflecting daily to ensure the children are continuously supported to excel and further develop their knowledge and skills.

Rebecca always encourages open communication with families while respecting and sharing opinions, as well as providing regular feedback. She also believes that families are the children's most influential educators.
