Best Life Health and Fitness is the boutique gym studio for the rest of us!

If your Over 40, a Mum & Bub, a Teen or just anyone who doesn't like to be crowded in by 20 somethings then our small group classes are perfect for you! We're all for you living your BEST LIFE!

We understand that starting or returning to exercise can be daunting for many people. Our inviting studio, nurturing trainers and loving community of clients who are of similar age and circumstance and fitness level really helps to ease many of these barriers.

We work with clients who want to change their life for the better. Who want to feel and look amazing and stride out the house each day with ease of movement and confidence in their bodies.

We train our clients in either a 1-1 setting where we focus on their unique and specific needs or in a small group of up to 10 people that provides a fun, social, supportive environment.

Each class is specifically programmed for the different groups whether it be our post-natal Mums N Bubs classes, Over 40's classes or our Teens Classes. We also have a STRETCH class which is an hour of amazing stretching and mobility exercises that'll have you floating out the gym without a niggle in the body!

So if you’ve recently heard yourself say something like “agh, I’m so unfit” or “I need to lose weight” but maybe you don’t know where to start, or have listed every excuse in the book, please get in touch with us and make use of our intro offer which is 3 class for only $30!
