Counselling for busy mums. Work through problems, grief, confusion, overwhelming emotions like anger and frustration, and specific areas such as relationship concerns and parenting to find a satisfying way forward.

Carolyn provides a safe space to talk about difficult things. She is warm and compassionate and super easy to talk to. Help with communication, separation, trust, connection, self-image, confidence, direction, self-worth, grief and parenting issues.

Carolyn's counselling support is tailored around YOU. It can include emotion support and tools, reframing and exploration/navigation of emotions, help with discovering your own solutions and options, and re-calibrating your life based on true balance and the things you value most.

A space to work through issues, identify new ways to resolve concerns, learn strategies, plan your course of action or simply reflect deeply on your current problem or barrier to a happier life.

Sessions for men or women are confidential, affordable and effective.
