Welcome to Epping Physie, we are a not-for-profit community club. Our National body, the Bjelke Petersen School of Physical Culture, has a long and proud history of over 125 years in Australia promoting a healthy mind in a healthy body. In Physical Culture or Physie (pronounced fizzy) we combine elements of aerobics, ballet, jazz, contemporary and hip hop. Dance routines are age appropriate and choreographed to contemporary music. Physie is a dancesport for girls and ladies from 3 years of age.

Physical Culture helps to:
- Improve confidence
- Discover a sense of achievement
- Build self esteem by encouraging girls to perform in front of an audience
- Learn strength, good posture, fitness, flexibility, balance & coordination

At Epping Physie we welcome all new members at any time during the year. All new members also receive one free trial lesson.

We are a registered provider for the Active Kids & Creative Kids vouchers .

    Highly Recommend! Great teachers!
    I highly recommend Epping Physie! My daughter started in 2021 and looks forward to classes each week.Classes are fun, challenging and keep my daughter active and engaged.She particularly enjoyed the End of Year competitions where the focus is on encouragement and participation rather than being results-driven. I have already seen her rhythm, flexibility and confidence improve over the last 12 months.
