Supporting women and couples through their pregnancy, birth and postnatal journey as a Doula, Ka Huna massage therapist and Pilates instructor.

Hi, I'm Amanda and would love to support you. As a Doula, I'm there for you for all things pregnancy and birth related. I provide emotional and physical support, information and attend your birth with you. We then meet again afterwards to debrief your birth. I can offer postnatal Doula services to support you as a new mum too.

Ka Huna massage is amazing - a real treat that you absolutely deserve (and the perfect gift for a friend too!). Using long flowing strokes from head to toe and back again, over and under the body, it's a luxurious and deeply relaxing massage - physically, emotionally and spiritually.

Pilates is an amazing form of exercise to help you strengthen your body and focus on funtional movements to reduce the risk of injury. Group classes are offered in Bondi Junction, or a mobile service to your home or office. I offer a special postnatal recovery class in your home to help apply various exercises back into your everyday life to help you best manage with your new baby. This is also available as a gift voucher.
