Fitness Keepers highly qualified trainers provide exercise physiology, personal and group training. Our boutique studio is open by appointment only, and our trainers are all very friendly and non-intimidating. We tailor our programs for each individual, taking into consideration current health and fitness status, goals, lifestyle, prior/current injuries, and medical history. Our trainers consist of exercise scientists and exercise physiologists, who use an evidence based approach to help clients achieve their goals. Our main goal is to ensure our clients enjoy their sessions, so while this all sounds very serious, you'll often have a bit of a laugh with us too! While most of our sessions take place at our studio, we do offer some outdoor PT, group fitness sessions and boot camps within the area as well.
