Hi, my name is Melissa and I am a Spinal Flow Practitioner.

The Spinal Flow technique is a clothes-on technique that is a gentle, non-invasive, and yet powerful way of correcting your posture as well as releasing physical, chemical, and emotional blockages. It works with the body's innate intelligence in order to assist the body in healing itself.

I use this powerful healing technique to work with people who have suffered trauma, have posture problems or just simply have a lot of stress in their lives. My goal is to enable your body to move towards what it is designed to feel like.

The Spinal Flow Technique involves me using gentle pressure on access points along your spine with the intention of rewiring your brain in order to facilitate healing. This assists your body via your para-sympathetic nervous system to come out of a 'flight or fight' state and into a 'rest and digest' state.

I have a passion for the Spinal Flow philosophy and assisting people to heal their bodies and get their life force flowing.
