Welcome to the lively world of fitness where the fun never stops! At Fun Fitness For Females, we invite you to join our world. We have Aerial, Boxfit and Circuit classes for children from 5yrs to 16yrs (girls and boys) running in the afternoon from 3pm to 5pm.

Aerial fitness combines elements of strength, flexibility, and artistry, utilizing equipment such as silks, hoops (lyra) and hammocks, with cords suspended from the ceiling rigging.

These classes offer a full-body workout while promoting creativity and self-expression. At Fun Fitness for Females, we believe in making fitness fun and accessible to everyone, regardless of experience level.

Boxfit classes, also known as boxing fitness classes, are group fitness sessions that combine boxing techniques with cardiovascular and strength training exercises.
These classes typically include punching combinations, footwork drills, and bodyweight exercises performed to music. Boxfit classes are suitable for all fitness levels and provide a full-body workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, coordination, strength, and endurance.

Circuit fitness classes are suitable for all fitness levels, as exercises and games can be modified to meet individual needs. These classes are a great way to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness in a fun and dynamic setting, using fun games and equipment that the kids will love.
