Bowen Therapy is a very gentle but effective non-invasive treatment that is using precise soft tissue movements to stimulate the re-aligning and healing processes within the body. It is perfect even for newborn babies as there is no pain or forceful manipulation - both adults and children will feel very relaxed during the treatment.

Most babies and toddlers love Bowen. The moves are so gentle they are felt like a pat, no distress for the little one. By releasing the tension the diaphragm relaxes and the breathing becomes easier, the colics go away, the digestion improves helping with constipation. Babies relax and sleep better after Bowen - helping the whole family to have a better rest!

Sometimes the baby has the head turned mostly to one side after birth, which indicates tighter neck muscles on the side - with few Bowen sessions this will be resolved.

Baby Bowen takes only a few minutes to do, so easy and so powerful!

Bowen Therapy gets people out of pain, great for musculoskeletal and neurological issues, stress relief, and has been very successful for a wide range of conditions: digestion issues, constipation, bedwetting, back and neck pain, Sciatica, Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis, Unresolved pain, Sport injuries, Insomnia, Pain management and rehabilitation after surgery.

The treatments are very affordable and go for 45min-1hr for adults and 15-30 min for babies and toddlers.

    Gentle, helpful and Calming Experience
    We were lucky enough to have Irina introduce us to Bowen for babies when our daughter was born. Irina is very knowledgeable and helped our daughter - and us! - through a whole range of issues. Bowen is so light and gentle our baby was never distressed/upset when receiving it. Later we also found Bowen useful for respiratory issues, like the seemingly endless colds that our daughter struggled with when she started childcare! Irina has an engaging yet soothing and gentle manner. We also noticed that our daughter was much more settled afterwards. Thank you Irina!
