My name is Grace Hamilton. I am a Masters qualified Clinical Nutritionist & Naturopath with a strong focus on evidence based treatments. I have a special interest in chronic conditions such as autoimmune disorders and cardiovascular disease. I am passionate about gut health and I also have extensive experience working with plant based diets.

I offer in person consultations at my Berowra Heights clinic and also online consultations via Zoom. Other services I offer include meal planning, diet analysis, customised meal plans, customised recipe books, supplement reviews, herbal dispensary.
