I’m Denise Harvey and I’m a Naturopath, Personal Trainer, Tea Blender and all round health coach. I’m the founder of Inspired Health by Dee.

But what do I really do?

I work with women to tap into their femininity, their energy, their health and vitality.

Because for us to be able to do the things that matter the most to us in this world, we need to make sure we are being the very best versions of ourselves.

Whether you want to be an awesome energetic mother to your children, an awesome entrepreneur or maybe you just want to have the energy to inspire others to lead a healthy life. Whatever it is that matters most, we can achieve it but only in the presence of optimal physical health, mindset & nutrition.

Because being fit and healthy is about so much more than going to the gym and starving yourself on some crazy diet. My mission is to educate and empower women just like you, to learn more about their bodies and finally take control of their own health journey.

With my organic herbal Tea range, a 1:1 consultation in my clinic or through my articles, let me help you find your pathway to feeling calmer and more centred, feeling more energised than ever before and to show you real tools to look after your body and give it the love it deserves.
