JAI MARTIAL ARTS is a full time Martial Arts and Fitness centre located next to Pacific Square Shopping Centre in Maroubra Junction. We offer a range of programs for kids as young as 2, all the way to adults. KINDER KICKS: A toddler aged programs for kids between the ages of 2 and 4. The program introduces concepts such as manners, taking turns, being social, being active and participating in structured activities. From a physical component they will learn to use both left and right sides of their body, improve their balance and coordination, and learn basic Martial Art movements.

KICKING DRAGONS: For children aged between 4 and 7. This specialised program teaches Taekwondo while working towards many developmental milestones - alternating left and right, balancing, spatial awareness, hand/foot to eye coordination, plus more. In addition to this you're child will improve their confidence as they learn about Martial Arts for Fitness and Self Defence.

TAEKWONDO: From the age of 7 and above. Taekwondo is the most practiced Martial Art in the world. Taekwondo is offered as a Kids Program, as well as a Teens and Adult Program.

MUAY THAI: Also known as the Art of 8 Limbs for its use of the fists, elbows, knees and feet. Originating in Thailand, Muay Thai is a great self defence and fitness based program. Classes are for Kids from 7 years of age, as well as Teens and Adults. We also offer a Family Muay Night where kids and parents can train at the same time.

KENPO: A traditional martial art for the modern times. Kenpo is a blended system that focuses on self defence for street. Classes available for Teens and Adults.

MUAY THAI FIT & JAI FIT: Our Fitness based programs incorporating Muay Thai, Resistance Training and Body Weight Training.

PRIVATE CLASSES: Available upon request.
