Love Pilates is a place to move your body, nourish your body and soul and empower you to be your best.

We offer a range of Pilates classes in Willoughby including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Tower and Pilates mat classes, barre classes, yin yoga and vinyasa classes.

Love Pilates also offers specialised prenatal Pilates and postnatal Pilates, yoga and barre classes for our pregnant mums and new mums. We run prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes 7 days a week with daytime classes during the week (mums & bubs Pilates) that you can bring your baby to.

We have a set of Baby Bjorn bouncers that you can use when you bring your baby along to one of our mums & bubs classes.
