My Mama Said is a vibrant fitness studio in the heart of Seddon offering 55+ regular classes per week in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Circuit and Pre/Postnatal fitness.
Adult dance and beginner yoga courses as well as masterclasses/workshops are also offered throughout the year.

We also have a subscription-based Online Studio with over 150 videos in Barre, Pilates, Yoga, Fitness, Meditation and Prenatal workouts all available at your fingertips to do wherever and whenever you need!

My Mama Said is a mantra that is unique to everyone because it allows you to express your own beliefs and philosophies. "It's important to find the unique beauty that lies in each and every one of us. If you want to become fitter, stronger, happier and healthier, you have to listen and accept who you are first" (Lisa Minett).

Lisa Minett is the owner/director of My Mama Said. It was born out of her desire to share with everyone the benefits of having a strong connection to physical presence both professionally and personally. The body and mind should be trained together and challenged by a variety of practices to avoid forming further habitual habits.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Friendly, motivated, qualified and experienced instructors. Take a seat before class in the lounge/bar area where you can drink tea, read magazines and get to know fellow bulldog supporters. Get ready for a fun, entertaining and rewarding fitness class where you might find yourself even singing along!
