My name is Claudia Vidor, and Im a Certified Holistic Clinical Nutritionist (BhS). I am the founder of Nourished by Claudia, Health writer, and the mother of a beautiful angel.

I have worked extensively with women, especially mothers and business women to optimise their general wellbeing, and increase their vitality.
I personally suffered from adrenal fatigue, PCOS and postpartum anxiety; only by supporting my body through nourishment, rest, and plenty of time in nature, I managed to heal my mind, and soul, and get my liveliness back.

I am a true believer that to reach your optimal health you must have balance in all areas of life, and when it comes to food it's all about keeping it real.
