Samasta Yoga Studio is a place for everyone, all ages are welcome. We teach Yoga based on the Iyengar method, we would like to inspire everyone to use Yoga as a lifestyle for healthy and positive living offering Kurunta, Restorative and General Yoga classes.

We are the first yoga studio in Adelaide to incorporate Yoga classes for kids and adults at the same time in separate rooms, an advantage for busy parents and caregivers with kids.

We are also the first Studio in Adelaide to offer WobbelYoga, yoga for children with the use of the Wobbel board. This opens up a whole new world of exercises and wonderful stories. Thanks to the movement of the board, the yoga poses become more challenging and the adventures even more fun.
The Wobbel is a beautiful balance board which enhances body awareness in a playful way and stimulates creativity, balance and strength. The Wobbel is not only good for young yogis, but also for the environment. The board is completely manufactured with natural materials and made out of sustainable European oak. Additionally, it contains the organic products EKO wool felt and sustainable cork. The Wobbel is CE certified up to 200 kilograms, so both kids and adults can enjoy it. The Wobbel innovates the yoga classes and enables kids to work on their strength and balance in a fun and playful way. The rhythmic movements on the Wobbel calm the body and mind. During the classes, the kids will enhance their body awareness and confidence.

Our Yoga classes are based on the Iyengar Method, named after BKS Iyengar and its purpose is to increase health. The emphasis is on detail, alignment and breath control. We use props such as blocks, belts, bolsters, chairs, ropes and blankets to help assist the student to move into the asanas properly and to accommodate injuries, tightness and imbalances.
