Description

Specialised group exercise for Mums. We welcome all fitness levels and of course encourage you to bring your babies and young children to our group fitness sessions! We cater for post-natal Mums at all stages and abilities and there are lots of pelvic floor safe options available for new Mums. We are Safe Return to Exercise accredited and part of the Body Beyond Baby Affiliate team, working with other fitness professionals throughout Australia and New Zealand to help you return to exercise safely and continuously upskilling. We also offer 1:1 PT and private Mothers groups, as well as all our scheduled classes.
