I am a sleep consultant certified with The Institute of Sensitive Sleep. I am an advocate of attachment parenting and gentle approaches to helping babies sleep. My philosophy is not a one size fits all in terms with which approach I will take, as no parent and child is alike. Instead I will tailor a sleep program that best suits you, your baby and your family. As a mother of 2, I know all too well the struggles parents are going through so with all my consultations, I make sure I leave my parents feeling informed, educated and empowered in all things baby sleep.
