A safe and nurturing space for mother and baby. Tune in to your body as it transforms through pregnancy and prepares for birth. Treatments focus on creating space, easing symptoms/discomfort and bringing balance to the body and mind. Sessions are performed fully clothed in a cozy nest of cushions and blankets, ensuring the safety of mother and baby.

Therapy can support you with:
- Lower/mid/upper back pain
- Oedema and swelling
- Neck and shoulder tension
- Joint pain
- Hip problems and sciatic nerve pain
- Restricted breathing
- Feelings of tightness
- Pelvic discomfort and pubic symphis dysfunction
- Blood and lymph circulation
- Labour preparation and induction

Initial consultation and treatment: $130 (2hrs)
Follow up treatment: $100 (1.5hrs)
