SuperHeroes in the making!!!!
TheYogaLeague is a magical and adventurous place where children from ages 2.5 to 10 yrs become SuperHeroes whilst practicing Yoga and AcroYoga.
We also offer classes for 10 to 16 yrs in a more adult class way.

Problem-solving, self-awareness, kindness, team work, confidence, trust, courage, and respect are some of the values that we promote and encourage at TheYogaLeague.

The class for kids 2-5 yrs is a mission where kids help one of the SuperHeroes solve a problem or challenging situation. As part of the mission, kids are welcomed to participate in problem-solving, this assists the kids in gaining confidence and independence to help them solve their everyday life challenges.

Every YogaLeague SuperHero is linked to one or more issues that children face every day in their lives.
During the mission the children have their secret practice of AcroYoga where TheYogaLeague SuperHero teaches them skills, behaviours, and values such as co-operation, community, trust and team work all while the kids perform and practice poses together.

At the end of every class there is a dedicated time for meditation and relaxation, encouraging the kids to gain self-control, self-regulation, focus and concentration.
