Learn self defence through the traditional ART of Tae Kwon Do. Different to a competitive sport, this non-competitive martial art teaches each individual to achieve THEIR best without fear of losing along the way. Ideal for teens and adults of all age. An activity for the whole family. Visitors are very welcome.
Learn self-discipline, self-confidence, integrity, perseverance, courtesy and respect.
Combining the skilled application of powerful kicks and punches, blocks, dodges and interceptions, with the philosophy and traditional teachings of Rhee Tae Kwon Do, the practitioner attains physical and mental strength to apply in their day-to-day life. The discipline, mental training and various techniques of Rhee Tae Kwon Do also provide the grounds for engendering in the practitioner a strong sense of justice, fortitude, compassion, humility and resolve.

Not everyone likes team sports, especially self-conscious teens, and there are very few activities where parents can get active with their kids. Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is family friendly with all ages training together, at the same time. So parents don't need to be relegated to just being a taxi driver to their kids sporting activities. Join in and have fun with the whole family whilst also improving everyone's health and fitness.
