At West Street Wellbeing our motto is Pathways to Health Vitality and Happiness. We are a cutting edge, multi modality health practice and Yoga Studio practicing wholistic, personalized medicine to enhance your enjoyment of life.

In the Wellbeing space we treat babies, children and adults using acupuncture (painless style), Chinese herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, Massage (including pregnancy, relaxation and deep tissue), mindfulness coaching and psychotherapy.

We specialise in:
Acupuncture for babies and children,
Fertility and hormonal health;
Chronic disease and complex symptom patterns;
Optimising health for prevention of disease and enjoyment of life;
Optimizing immune function and relaxation treatments.
Treatment of pain conditions including upper and lower back pain, joint pain and soft tissue damage.

We believe creating a nurturing space for our patients to relax and freely express themselves is an integral part of the healing process. While we are constantly keeping on top of advances in our fields with ongoing professional education and attention to detail, we want our patients to slow down and enjoy a relaxation session and create the right atmosphere for you to do so.

Our therapists are the best in their respective fields with full up to date qualifications and insurance coverage. On the spot private health fund claiming is available.

In the Yoga studio, our boutique class sizes and passionate, quality teachers make every class an enjoyable one. We offer Kids yoga, hatha, restorative and yin yoga as well as mindfulness and meditation classes. In the winter months enjoy our open fireplace and in summer our air conditioning. Class sizes are limited to 12 but pricing is competitive to the larger studios.

Workshops include mindfulness for teens, mindfulness for parents, mindfulness for new and soon to be mums, acupressure for pregnancy and childbirth.
